You're a user of Email to Case Premium and File Slayer and are seeing emails bounce back with the following error: An error occurred while trying to deliver the attached email. Symptoms

 A database row was deleted while processing the email.

Solutions

This is a known issue that has been fixed in version 2.17 and later of File Slayer. If you are running older versions of the app, please upgrade, and the issue should be resolved.

We also highly recommend that you upgrade Email to Case Premium to the latest version.

If an upgrade is not possible at this time, please follow these suggested workarounds:

1) The Email to Case Premium's Context User should also have a File Slayer license and permission set assigned. 

OR

2) Disable the "Remove Duplicate Files" setting in the File Slayer setup wizard.
