Action Recommended: Review your Case Flags record component configuration in Setup > Lightning App Builder and confirm your preferences for Set Flag, Clear Flag, and Follow-Up On. (v7.0) ImprovementsRecord page component: A new gauge-style indicator was added, along with configurable "Set Flag" and "Clear Flag" buttons and a setting that controls whether Follow-Up Process fields appear. Utility Bar component: The Utility Bar component was redesigned to emphasize the next case to work on, showing "Next Steps," an optional "Load More" button, and the total on the "My Cases" list view. Switchboard: Service managers can use Quick Filters to control which cases are displayed, and user photos appear next to cases they own. Filters remain visible at all times, with one field filterable by default and more available with a click. Switchboards load and run faster, especially with large case volumes. Those with 100+ cases now open one owner's cases at a time. Custom Aging Speed and Switchboard criteria support additional field types, including percent and number. You can retire checkbox-and-flow workarounds in favor of direct criteria.Bugs FixedCases Kept a Deactivated Aging Speed’s Timings — When a Case leaves an inactive custom aging speed, its next edit now resets Case Flags Age 1-4 Hours to the default timings or a newly matched custom aging speed. (v7.15) "Case is not enabled for Case Flags" — The component now loads and shows tooltip text for users with the Case Flags End User permission set. Previously, it could fail to render or show this error when those users lacked access to history tracking fields. (v7.0) "Manage Certificates" opens Certificate and Key Management — Clicking "Manage Certificates" on the Case Flags Setup tab now opens the Salesforce Certificate and Key Management setup page. Previously, after Salesforce's Summer '26 release, the button errored. (v7.0)TitleCase Flags Release Notes 7.0 - 7.15URL NameHelp URL NameCase-Flags-Release-Notes-7-0-7-15
