What's New
  • Removed the Case Merge Premium Setup Wizard tab, cleared the page, and added a warning with an instant redirect [Change 00210650] (5.42) 
  • Added a new checkbox on the merge page that allows users to run the merge asynchronously. This resolves SOQL errors that are occurring as a result of a manual merge. [Change 00211821] (5.42)

Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed error [EmailMessage] INVALID_OPERATION: operation is not allowed that occurs when attempting to merge a child case that has draft emails associated if delete original is disabled. [Change 00210823] (5.41) 
  • Case Merge Premium text in the navigation started appearing black and very difficult to see as of the Winter '24 release due to a standard styling change. This has been accounted for and the text is now white and visible again. [Change 00212027] (5.43)
  • Fixed a bug that occurred when clicking the cancel button on the Merge Page from a list view did not close the tab or exit back to the list view. Clicking cancel now opens the list view in a new tab and closes the Case Merge tab as intended. [Change 00211916] (5.43)
