Improvements
  • For customers with validation rules preventing chatter posts from being deleted, this leads to errors in FutureUtil.deleteCreatedDuplicatePosts whenever Case Merge Premium attempts to delete the posts. We've added error handling to avoid these errors.  (5.46)
  • Local triggers will now have a reliable way to know that a merge is occurring and adjust their functionality as needed. (5.46)
  • Updated Vicasso branding across the Case Merge Premium setup.(5.46) 
  • Remove the deprecated CsMrgFindDupes button from the package. (5.47)
  • The Find Duplicates Page now utilizes lightning record picker in the criteria section. Previously the fields would show a green check mark, and now show the correct Salesforce object logo. (5.48)

Bugs Fixed
  • Due to case sensitivity mismatching (uppercase/lowercase) on Salesforce standard fields, Case Merge thought that certain fields no longer exist in an org when they do. Oh no! We've updated the app to recognize all case sensitivity. (5.47)
  • Date/Time values were breaking the merge page - we have fixed that. Back to your regularly scheduled merging with date fields. (5.49)
  • Resolved a "csmrgp: Too many query rows: 50001" error when clicking the 'Find Duplicates' button. (5.50) 
  • Automerge was incorrectly searching for Closed cases if the criteria was set to Closed = False. This has been corrected. (5.51)
  • Resolved error "GenericAsmtTaskContext cannot be constructed" for Health Cloud orgs. (5.52) 
  • If automerge fails, the duplicate detector displays an error toast and refreshes the component rather than leaving the user hanging on an infinite spinner. (5.52)
