What's New
  • Added a new 'Splitter' Lookup field to the package that stores information about the source, destination, or both cases that were involved in the split operation. [Change 00202811] (2.28)
  • Enabled the child object custom setting (CaseSplitIncludedChildren__c) for both permission sets. This allows the splitter page to function properly. [Change 00202182] (2.28)
  • Added a new setting to notify Case Owners when a new case is created as part of a split process. [Change 00198068] (2.31)
