What's New
  • Now CCOP can be configured for use with case feeds as a publisher.
  • CCOP can be configured to enable user filtering by selecting the text field to filter on during initial setup.  For example, a user can filter on first name to narrow down the list of possible users to select from.  This option is only available if your configuration is setup to display a certain number of users rather than a search text box.

  • Salesforce does not allow emailing to a queue when using an email template, as a workaround, the current user will be emailed instead.
