Once you have finished setting up your program and navigated to the "Delivery & Deployment Settings" tab of the builder, you will see a URL in the "Chat, SMS, etc. subtab.

The URL above is the one used in live program deployment and can be used when choosing to distribute surveys via Chats, SMS, QR Codes, and other methods.

If the program is updated in the future, this URL will also change, and you will need to update it accordingly in your current delivery method.

If your program is not set to pre-create survey records through the "Automatically Create Survey Records" setting, new Simple Survey records are automatically created, recorded, and included in survey metrics.

To test your program, please ensure it is in "Test Mode". Responses received in test mode mark the “Test Survey” checkbox field (API name simplesurvey__Is_Test_Survey__c) as checked. Ensure that you leverage this field to exclude test data from your reports, thereby preventing your data from being skewed.

The URL generated through the builder may be long and might not be something you want to include in a text, chat, community, or social media post. Check out this article to learn how to Create a Short URL using Bitly.
