Vicasso has a collection of AppExchange applications, called the Service Experience Suite, and George Guhr, the Sales Team Manager, would like the Sales Team to have a way of adding all 5 applications to Opportunities and Quotes at once, saving them clicks and time. For this example, we will use Opportunities.

Requirements:

• A main Service Experience Suite product should be the driver of the automation, with a price of $0;
• The Service Experience Suite product's quantity will also determine how many of each of the individual applications should be added;
• After adding all 5 applications from the Service Experience Suite, the main Service Experience Suite product should be deleted from the Opportunity.

Creating the Flow:

1) Navigate to Setup - Flows - Create New Flow

2) Select Record-Triggered Flow and click on Create

3) Select Object = Opportunity Product; Trigger the Flow When = A record is created; Set Entry Conditions = None; Optimize the Flow for = Actions and Related Records. Click Done.


4) Add a Decision Element that will look to see if the Service Experience Suite was added to the Opportunity

4 a) Create a Constant Resource to store the Service Experience Suite products





5) Add a Get Records Element to the SES Added Decision path. Object = Product.

For the Filter Product Records, select Any Condition is Met (OR), and add the Name fields for all 5 products.

5 a) Create one Constant for every AppExchange App that is part of the Service Experience Suite. These are the individual products to be added automatically.



How Many Records to Store = All records

How to Store Record Data = Automatically store all fields



6) Add a Loop Element after the Get Records Element above with the Collection Variable = Products from Get_Products



7) Add a Create Records Element to the For Each path from the Loop Element.

Object = Opportunity Product

Fields:
OpportunityId = {!$Record.OpportunityId}
Product2Id = {!Loop_Over_SES_Products.Id}
Quantity = {!$Record.Quantity}
TotalPrice = {!$Record.TotalPrice}



8) Add a Delete Element to the After Last path of the Loop Element.



9) Save, name your Flow, and activate it!

10) To test your Flow, create a new Opportunity, then add the Service Experience Suite product to it. Change the quantity to 4. After hitting Save and refreshing the page, all 5 AppExchange Apps products should be added to the Opportunity with a quantity of 4, and the main Service Experience Suite product removed.
