You are attempting to upgrade to the latest version of an application and you receive the following error:

Salesforce has blocked this package upgrade because the new package version removes some Apex code that one or more Visuaforce pages or global Visualforce components need in order to function. Please contact your partner with this error information. Provide these component names to your partner Visualforce Pages: Config, Config2 Config3, Config0.

 

Vicasso has improved our applications by removing outdated and deprecated code and components. As a result, existing customers must first update to a specified version before upgrading to the latest version of the application. 

If you are experiencing the above error, please upgrade to the specified version below first before upgrading to the newest version on the AppExchange. 

 

 

Email to Case Premium 
This error occurs on Orgs running versions prior to version 9.30. To solve this please upgrade to version 9.30 first:

This error occurs on Orgs running versions prior to version 4.42. If your Org is running on version 4.40 or newer, please upgrade to version 4.42 first:
