Error upgrading Case Split

You're trying to upgrade Case Split and get the following error: "Salesforce has blocked this package upgrade because the new package version removes some Apex code that one or more Visualforce pages or global Visualforce components need in order to function. Please contact your partner with this error information. Provide these component names to your partner. Visualforce Page: ButtonBuilder."

Symptoms
You're trying to upgrade Case Split and get the following error:

"Salesforce has blocked this package upgrade because the new package version removes some Apex code that one or more Visualforce pages or global Visualforce components need in order to function. Please contact your partner with this error information. Provide these component names to your partner. Visualforce Page: ButtonBuilder."

Solutions
You would have to upgrade in 2 parts to overcome that error.

Please first upgrade to version 1.939.1:

Production Install Link
https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t0L000000EjLkQAK

Sandbox Install Link
https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t0L000000EjLkQAK

And then upgrade to the latest version available on the AppExchange by clicking on the Get it Now button on the Case Split page.
