Vicasso's applications can be found on Salesforce's AppExchange, and are compatible with the following Salesforce Editions:

• Enterprise
• Unlimited
• Performance
• Developer
• Government Cloud
• Government Cloud Plus

All instructions and installation processes in this article are provided in English only.

To install a Vicasso AppExchange app, visit https://vicas.so/appexchange and select the app that you would like to install. Click the "Get It Now" button to install in a production org or click the "Try It" button to install in a sandbox.

When installing an AppExchange application, Salesforce will prompt you to choose an installation option: Admins Only, All Users, or Specific Profiles. Your selection will dictate which users or profiles can access the package components, such as objects, tabs, fields, Visualforce pages, and more. You can find detailed information on these installation options in Salesforce documentation.

We assign each app a custom permission that includes access to these components. For instance, if you choose "All Users," all profiles will receive this custom permission. While a permission set and license are still necessary to control access, profiles will be assigned the custom permission based on your initial installation choice.

We recommend installing managed packages for Admins Only or Specific Profiles. Then, you can grant access using the appropriate object access, permission sets, and licenses.

This is also important if you plan to configure component visibility for licensed users. Refer to this article for instructions.
