How to Access Vicasso's Experience Cloud (community/portal)

Vicasso utilizes a Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly known as a community/portal) allowing our customers to facilitate the process of managing cases, projects, ideas, knowledge and much more. For more information on accessing our Experience Cloud, please review the following.

Steps for accessing Vicasso's Experience Cloud:
  1. Navigate to our Client Login page
  2. Multiple login options will display. We recommend using the Log in with Salesforce button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Log in using the same credentials used with your company's Salesforce Production Org.
