Before creating the Flow and action button, you will need to create an Email Alert with the email template that was created from the Simple Survey Builder.

Create an Email Alert with the correct Simple Survey Email Template to be used

1) Navigate to Salesforce - Email Alerts

2) Click the New Email Alert button

3) Give it a Description, a Unique Name, and select the Email Template for the survey to be sent out. For Recipients, select Email Field: Email

4) Save. This Email Alert will be used in Step 8 on the 'Create a Screen Flow to Manually Send Surveys' section below.

Create a Screen Flow to Manually Send Surveys

1) To create a Flow, navigate to Salesforce Setup - Flows - New Flow

2) Select Screen Flow and click on the Create button.

3) Add a Get Records Element to grab all contacts from an account:

4) Add a Screen Element with a Data Table with the Get Records created above set as the Source Collection. You may configure the Rows and Columns according to your preferences. In this example, we're only using 2 columns: Full Name and Email. In the Advanced section, use 'Refresh inputs to incorporate changes elsewhere in the flow'.

5) Create a Record Collection Variable to store the selected contacts:

6) Add an Assignment Element that will assign the selected contacts:

7) Create a Loop Element that uses the Selected Contacts variable created previously:

8) Add a new action to send the email to the contacts.

Click the + in the 'For Each' path of the Loop Element created in step 7 and select Action.

Search for the previously created Email Alert and give it a name. Add the loop variable to Record ID: {!Loop_Contacts.Id}:

Click Done.

By the end, the Flow should look like the following:

Be sure to save and activate the Flow.

Create an action button on the Account Object to trigger the Screen Flow created above

1) Go to Salesforce Setup - Object Manager - Account

2) Go to Buttons, Links, and Actions and click New Action

3) For Action Type, select Flow, and then select the Flow created above.

4) Specify a Label and a Name, and optionally add a description.

5) Save.

6) Navigate to an Account and view the newly created action, that once clicked, allows you to select the contacts to send the survey to:
