Products missing / not found when Active = False

Products where the standard "Active" field is set to "false" (unchecked) are not selectable in Rapid Products. Additionally, Rapid Products only displays results where the applicable Pricebook entry is marked as Active = True (checked).

Symptoms
Rapid Products does not return all products that are found and selectable using the standard Add Products functionality provided by Salesforce.
Solutions
Ensure that the Product itself and any Pricebook entries are marked Active as appropriate.
