To send surveys to more than one recipient at a time, Salesforce offers List Email & Mass Email options. Both options essentially perform the same actions.

 

List Email (Lightning Experience):

Please note that List Email in Lightning imposes stricter limits than Mass Email, with a limit of 32,000 characters for List Emails.

NPS, CSAT, CES, Likert, Thumbs Up/Down, Medical Pain, and Wong-Baker surveys built after version 3.0 cannot be sent via List Email due to size constraints. Only Questionnaire surveys can be sent through List Emails in Lightning. As a workaround, temporarily switch to Salesforce Classic and utilize Mass Email.

Alternatively, send mass email to Contacts or Leads associated to a custom object.
