What's New
  • Questions can now utilize merge fields based on the Survey Object. Default values can also be set whenever a merge field returns a blank value. [Change 00209856] (4.18-4.19)
  • A new Snapshot field is added to Survey that better represents all of the user's responses to a survey.  [Change 00209659] (4.18)

Improvements
  • The "Show All Fields" checkbox in the "Configure Survey Object" tab of the Survey Builder will now show all populated field assignments by default. [Change 00210559] (4.18)
  • The Wong-Baker survey option is always visible in Survey Builder but will be grayed out until the feature is enabled. [Change 00210716] (4.18)
  • Updated text for the "Avoid Survey Fatigue" Setting on the setup page. [Change 00210818] (4.18)

Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where using Contact's AccountId field in field assignments would not work. [Change 0210492] (4.18)
  • Fixed an issue where Simple Survey icons in email templates would not work in Gmail.  Email Templates can be updated in the Simple Survey Builder to fix. [Change 00210604] (4.18)
  • Fixed an issue where having large amounts of Simple Survey records could break the "Select Existing" tab of the first step of the Survey Builder. [Change 00210861] (4.19)
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent merge fields from working on the landing page. [Change 00210934] (4.20)

  • Fixed a bug with Snapshot's hidden comments used to separate questions. [Change 00211007] (4.21)
  • Added a secondary duplicate check on the landing page to prevent a rare issue where the initial duplicate check fails due to the creation of the original survey and its duplicate being at nearly the same time (milliseconds apart) (4.22) [Change 00211457]
