Error installing the Case Split Agent Extension:

ApexClass Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI.createGenerations_Request - PromptUtil: Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI.createGenerations_Request

ApexClass Variable does not exist: request - PromptUtil: Variable does not exist: request

ApexClass Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI_GenerationRequest - PromptUtil: Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI_GenerationRequest

ApexClass Variable does not exist: requestBody - PromptUtil: Variable does not exist: requestBody

ApexClass Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI - PromptUtil: Invalid type: aiplatform.ModelsAPI

Solutions

Your Org may not have all of the necessary AI features enabled. This extension package utilizes Salesforce's Models API to analyze new email messages and case comments, and requires Einstein Generative AI features to be active in the org.

Please enable these features and try installing the extension package again.

 

Note: Using this extension will consume Einstein Requests (think of them as credits); consumption will vary depending on your organization's case volume and the average number and size of the email messages and case comments being processed by our code. To test consumption, Vicasso recommends installing the extension in a Full Sandbox, with data very similar to your Production org, before going live.
