Case Flags is supported in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience interfaces.

Important: If you have not yet enabled the (standard) Email-to-Case feature, please do so before proceeding, or the installation will not be completed successfully. Click here for additional information on enabling Email-to-Case.

Once installed, please refer to the Introduction tab on the Case Flags Setup Wizard inside your Org to see the available page layout components for each interface.
