For easy org-to-org migration, survey programs can be exported from this tab into a JSON file and imported into another org via the main page of the Survey Builder.

The JSON file generated for the export includes all the information related to the survey program, such as:

• Survey Configuration
• Survey Questions
• Survey End Screens
• Survey Labels and their translations
• Documents such as logos and rating icons
• Global Value Sets and their translations
• Custom Fields
• Picklist Fields translations
• Email Templates
  • Please note that the body of the email template is not carried over due to image references for logo and/or rating scales to the old org. Be sure to review the email template after import and make the appropriate changes to the body.

Before downloading the export file, you may choose to retain the survey expiration date (if defined), by enabling the 'Retain Expiration' toggle.
