Allows users to disable the "additional line" feature until prompted
Description
The feature that automatically adds a new line underneath an added product might confuse some users.  It would be nice if admins had the ability to disable this features.  If they disable it, the extra line would only be added upon user prompt.

    In my experience, this is a pretty common UX convention. Is the confusion that the list expands automatically without supplying any input perhaps?We could potentially add some light grey informational text in the product box until input is received, but I'd hesitate to add a prompt that requires additional user interaction.
