You are using a Vicasso application and encounter the following error when attempting to access one of the packaged reports: Obsolete Report This report can no longer be edited or run. Your administrator has disabled all reports for the custom object, or its relationships have changed.

Symptoms
You are using a Vicasso application and encounter the following error when attempting to access one of the packaged reports: Obsolete Report This report can no longer be edited or run. Your administrator has disabled all reports for the custom object, or its relationships have changed.
Solutions

This issue is likely due to one of the following items:

1. The user encountering this error has not been assigned a license to the application associated with the object being used in the report.

2. The object being used in the report has not been enabled for reporting. To check this:

  • Navigate to Setup | Object Manager.
  • Select the object you're reporting on.
  • Under the Object Definition Detail section, ensure that the "Enable Reports" checkbox is checked.

3. Missing access to the related object. To solve this, please create a custom permission set in the org, granting at least "Read" access to the object. For the example of the Case Flags History Tracking object, the object permission would look as follows:
