Setting the Survey Record Ownership

The Survey Record Ownership configuration setting in the Survey Builder allows you to define which user should be the Owner of new incoming survey records. They will be the ones who will be able to analyze survey results individually, on a record-per-record basis via the Simple Surveys tab. Read below for more information about each option.

Record Owner: the owner of the record from which the survey is being sent becomes the owner of the new survey records. 
 
Record Owner’s Manager: the manager of the owner of the record from which the survey is being sent becomes the owner of the new survey records
 
Specific User: a specific static user becomes the owner of the new survey records. When this option is selected, you can search for the user by name.
