What's New
  • Themes can now be created in the Survey Builder and reutilized amongst Survey Programs, allowing for better handling of branding options. [Change 00209544] (4.23)
  • Added a new 'Related To' section to the Simple Survey Page Layout, containing information about the related survey object, such as the related record number, and related owner name. [Change 00211531] (4.23)
  • Surveys will be automatically translated on the Survey Landing Page if there is an active translation that matches the current language being used in the browser. There will also be a drop-down present if additional translated surveys are active in the Org, giving respondents the option of choosing the language they would like to take the survey in.   • Survey Programs can now be set to expire at a specific date and time in the Delivery & Deployment Settings tab in the Survey Builder. A Flow is packaged as part of this process. [Change 00212137](4.29)

  • Updated duplicate survey prevention methods to prevent duplicate records without a Human Confidence Score from being created. [Change 00213181] (4.31)
    • Removed the auto-end survey logic for surveys that only contain the initial question and no additional questions on the landing page. 
    • If the respondent is taking the survey and tries to close the landing page without clicking the 'Submit' button, a new pop-up message will show up asking if they're sure they want to leave the page.
