Case Flags comes packaged with a Lightning Component that can be added to your Lightning record page for Cases.

To add the Case Flags Lightning Component to a Lightning record page, follow the instructions below. Optionally, click here for a step-by-step video.

1. Go to Setup | Object Manager | Case | Lightning Record Pages.
2. Click on the layout you want to edit.
3. Click "Edit".
4. Search for "Case Flags" in the left sidebar, under Lightning Components.
5. Click and drag "Case Flags" onto the page to the desired location.
6. Edit design properties as desired.
   1. Show Set Flag Button: Check this option to allow end-users to set the flag manually.
   2. Show Clear Flag Button: Check this option to allow end-users to clear the flag manually.
   3. Display Follow-Up On Fields: Check to show and allow users to edit the Follow-Up Process fields directly through the component. Follow-Up Process must be enabled.
7. Hit the "Save" button.

Note: All settings that pertained to the clock element and Case Flags History Tracking records in versions before 7.0 have been deprecated. The component also no longer displays Case Flags History Tracking information.
