As merges occur, Case Merge Premium will gather information on how well your defined duplicate criteria is performing, and also offer suggestions on other fields that may be worth adding to your criteria for better duplicate matching.

The higher the Merge Match percentage, the more likely this criteria will need to be met in order for cases to be considered duplicates.

Performance statistics will be aggregated for both your duplicate criteria and Automerge criteria. Statistics are based off of the past 30 days by default, but this date range can be adjusted.

Suggested Criteria will begin to show up after 100 merges within a Duplicate Criteria set have occurred. Suggested fields will have a 90% or greater Merge Match and a 20% or less Dismissed Match.
