Simple Survey's Agentforce extension gives you a configurable agent that identifies the right survey to send during online chat interactions. It reads the subject and description of the customer's case, matches them against your survey programs' questions, and selects the survey best suited to the case just solved.

To ensure this packaged extension works, you must:

• Have the main Simple Survey package installed and configured
• Enable Einstein Generative AI
• Enable Agentforce
• Be able to create new Agentforce Agents via Agentforce Studio
• Ensure all the correct permissions are assigned to the user configuring the Agent
  • Permission sets needed:
    • Simple Survey Administrator
    • Agentforce Service Agent Configuration
• Ensure all the correct permissions are assigned to the Agent user that gets created through this process (EinsteinServiceAgent User)
  • Permission Sets needed:
    • Simple Survey Agentforce Agent
    • Agentforce Service Agent Configuration
    • Agentforce Service Agent Secure Base
    • Agentforce_Service_Agent Permissions
    • Agentforce Service Agent Object Access
  • It also needs "Read" permission on the Contact Object, and "Read" and"Edit" permission on the Case Object, which may need a custom Permission Set to be created.

To properly configure the Agentforce packaged extension, you will need to:

• Build a Service Agent with Topics and Actions
• Create Action to Close Cases
• Test the Simple Survey Agentforce Agent
