New Comment page rollback data fully when an error is encountered
Description
Currently, earlier steps in the New Comment Order of Operations may complete successfully even if later steps fail, leaving remnant data which is confusing to users. For example, a failed email would still result in a comment being added to the case as if the message was sent successfully. Using database savepoints, we should be able to safely rollback all database operations and halt other automation (workflow, future methods, etc) if any portion of the New Comment save action results in an error.
