Ability to mark a detected duplicate case as not a duplicate
Description
In some instances, users may notice that the duplicate detector picks up a case that isn't a true duplicate. (i.e., the case that was picked up met the criteria defined in the settings, but to the user it's not a duplicate case that needs to be merged).

It would be nice on the Case Merge Premium Find page if users had the option to mark cases which were detected as duplicates as NOT being true duplicates. From there on out, these cases would be excluded from the duplicate results when viewing the original case.
