Images added as logos for the survey landing page are broken in the live previewer. This can happen for images that are manually downloaded or added via a URL link.

 

This does NOT affect the actual survey landing page when respondents are taking the survey or the Email Templates generated in the Survey Builder. The images only fail to load in the Survey Builder live previews.

This happens when the "Adopt updated CSP directives" setting is enabled in Salesforce Setup | Session Settings. 

 

To solve the issue, you have 2 options:

1. Disable the "Adopt update CSP directives" setting in Session Settings
2. If uploading images from a specific URL, add that as a Trusted URL in Salesforce Setup | Security | Trusted URLs
