What's New

Case Flags Switchboard now displays Out of Office messages next to each user's name. [Change 00205148] (6.20)
Added a "My Unified Cases" list within the Utility Bar Component that displays all cases within active list views into one view. [Change 00209774] (6.23).
Added a pin button to the Utility Bar Component to allow individual users to pin their desired list view. [Change 00209774] (6.23).

Improvements
