Improvements
  • Updated the Business Hours Batch Job for better handling errors. [Change 00200481] (6.13)
  • Updated EmailMessage trigger to account for E2CP's Email Distribution feature. [Change 00201258] (6.14)
  • A message will now be displayed in place of components for unlicensed users. [Change 00200503] (6.17).
Bugs Fixed
  • Resolved an issue in setup where not all Activity Type options are displayed in the Flag Event Rules tab. [Change 00202073] (6.15).
  • Case Flags History Tracking Owner Name will now always reflect the name displayed in the Owner field regardless of the "Show nicknames" Digital Experience Administration Preferences. [Change 00202377] (6.16).
  • Resolved an issue with Email Distribution for E2CP in conjunction with CF where flags weren't set correctly. [Change 00202158] (6.16)
  • Resolved issue where the Setup Wizard was incorrectly alerting of batch job failure. [Change 00192159] (6.16)
  • Fixed "Attempt to de-reference a null object" error in Switchboard. [Change 00202446] (6.16)
  • Available fields in "Additional fields to track" of Case Flags Setup will now persist on save when added back after having been previously removed in a prior save. [Change 00202948] (6.17).
  • While creating Custom Aging Speed Criteria Logic in Case Flags Setup "undefined" will no longer display when using IS BLANK and IS NOT BLANK on Date fields. [Change 00202785] (6.17).
  • When a Case is updated to no longer match custom aging it will now revert back to default aging as expected. [Change 00203206] (6.17).
