What's New
  • Notifications can now be configured in Case Flags Setup to display a toast notification when a specific flag level is or is about to be reached when the Case Flags Utility Bar component is included in the salesforce App. [Change 00195595] (5.14)
  • A new "Automatically Clear Flags on Closed Cases" setting has been added to clean up old flagged cases. [Change 00185605] (4.991)
  • A new "Automatically Delete Historic Case Flags History Tracking Records" setting has been added to Case Flags Setup to purge old history records and free up storage space. [Change 00185604] (5.0)
  • Added the ability to disable filtering on record types in Switchboard. [Change 00197524] (6.10)
  • Business Hours can now be configured while editing Default and Custom Aging Speeds in Setup. [Change 00197479] (6.11)

Improvements
  • The OwnerId field no longer appears in the utility bar component when viewing "My Cases". [Change 00194192] (4.99)
  • Updated flag icon and color defaults. [Change 00194453] (5.0).
  • Custom aging speeds can now use DateTime fields as part of the criteria. [Change 00196632] (5.11)
    • The "Within N Days" operator is now available for Date fields.
  • Current Timings on the Case Flags lightning component will now respect the date formatting of the User locale. [Change 00198319] (6.11).
  • Auto delete duplicate entries for Company Domains. [Change 00198727] (6.12)
Bugs Fixed
  • Resolved an issue where Age fields were being calculated incorrectly when Cases were not flagged. [Change 00194111]  (4.99)
  • Resolved an issue where the "Use Jobs to Set Case Hours" setting may fail to work as expected. [Change 00195244] (4.991).
  • The Timer wheel will no longer show as Level 4 without being flagged when TIME UNTIL FLAG SET for each flag level is zero. [Change 00197948] (5.14).
  • Resolved an issue where adding cross-object fields to switchboard filters results in an "expecting a colon, found xyz" error after a page reloads with text comparison criteria. [Change 00198520] (6.10).
  • Resolved an issue preventing the Setup page from loading with a "createComponentErrorProcessor()" error. [Change 00199766] (6.11)
  • Improved display handling of long email addresses in Case Subject while using the Utility Bar component and Switchboard. [Change 00198660] (6.11)
  • Setup will now automatically delete any list settings in the rare scenario that a setting with a duplicated name exists. [Change 00198727] (6.11)
  • Fixed issue where Switchboard would not display flags colors if they were missing the "#" in front of their hex value [Change 00200040] (6.12)
