InformationPermalinkHelp Permalinkhttps://kb.vicasso.com/?kb=000005464What's NewThis release focuses on making the Split Page more consistent with the rest of your org and more reliable when using the Agentforce Extension. The Split Page now displays in your org's branded colors and restores full cloning of Chatter comments and attachments.ImprovementsUI/UX The Split Page now fully respects your org's brand colors. Gradients have been replaced with solid colors drawn from your theme, and the Vicasso "V" is the only element that remains a fixed brand color. (v4.22)Bugs Fixed"Missing Required Permission to Update Fields" Error When Splitting With the Agentforce Extension — In orgs with the Agentforce Extension installed, splitting a case could fail with "Missing required permission to update fields on Case: cs_agent__Split_Confidence_Score__c, cs_agent__Split_Confidence_Data__c." The Agent Confidence Score and Data fields are now cleared automatically during a split, so the split completes without requiring edit access to those fields. (v4.23) Chatter Feed Comments and Attachments Not Cloned on Split — The Split Page (LWC) did not clone Chatter Feed Comments or attachments to the new case, so split cases lost part of their communication history compared with the previous Visualforce page. Both are now cloned correctly, restoring parity and keeping the full communication history intact across all records. (v4.22) Case Splitting Blocked When the Agentforce Extension Was Installed but Einstein Was Disabled — Splitting a case failed with an error in orgs where the Agentforce Extension was installed while Einstein was turned off. Case Split now correctly verifies the org's AI settings, so splits complete normally in this configuration. (v4.22) Child Records Missing From the Split Page — The Split Page retrieved child records using a single query with nested subqueries, which returns only a subset of each subquery's results. Some child records configured for Case Split were therefore absent from the page with no indication that anything was missing, leaving agents unable to see or select them. Child records are now retrieved with a separate query per object, and each section displays up to 20 records. (v4.21) Split Failed When an Inactive User Was Selected as Owner — The "Owner" search on the Split Page returned inactive users, and selecting one could cause the split to fail with an error. The search now returns only active users. (v4.20)TitleCase Split Release Notes 4.20 - 4.23URL NameHelp URL NameCase-Split-Release-Notes-4-20-4-23
