How to ensure Case Flags Business Hours account for holidays

Business hours https://support.vicasso.com/s/documentation/a1L6S00000B73jlUAB can be defined in Case Flags' Aging Speeds to ensure that cases only age within those hours. For Case Flags to account for holidays, they must be defined within the business hours in Salesforce.

Details

1) Navigate to Salesforce Setup | Holidays

2) Create the holidays followed by your company by clicking the "New" button

3) Give the holiday a name, description (optional), date, and time (if applicable), and define if it should be recurring. Click "Save"

4) Click the "Add/Remove" button in the "Business Hours" section

5) Move the business hours that should leverage this holiday into the "Selected Business Hours" column and click "Save"

6) Repeat the steps above for other holidays!
