To do so, you will need to create Widespread Issue Report junction records through Data Loader. Please follow the steps outlined below:

1- Create a new CSV file with 2 columns: Case and Widespread Issue

2- Populate the Case column with the Case Record IDs and the Widespread Issue column with the ID of the Widespread Issue record you with to relate the Cases to. It should look something similar to:


3- Open Data Loader and log into your Org

4- Select the Upsert option


5- From the list of objects, select Widespread Issue Report (E2CP__Widespread_Issue_Report__C) and select your newly created CSV file and click on Next



6- Click OK on the Initialization Succeeded message that shows up

7- The field for matching should be Id. Click Next.


8- Click on the Create or Edit a Map button


9- Map E2CP__Case__c to Case and E2CP__Widespread_Issue__c to Widespread Issue and click OK


10- Click Next

11- Click Finish

12- You should get a message saying that the Upsert was successful.

13- Open the Widespread Issue record and go to the Related tab. You will see all the newly added Cases listed under Widespread Issue Reports:
