Attempting to install or upgrade Case Flags in your Salesforce Org results in the following error: Your request to install package "Case Flags" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected.

If your install continues to fail, contact Salesforce CRM Support through your normal channels and provide the following information. 

Problem: 

1. (Case_Flags/Case_Flags) You reached the limit for dashboards run as the logged-in user. 
Case_Flags/Case_Flags: You reached the limit for dashboards run as the logged-in user. 

2. (Case_Flags/Case_Flags_Business_Hours) You reached the limit for dashboards run as the logged-in user. 
Case_Flags/Case_Flags_Business_Hours: You reached the limit for dashboards run as the logged-in user.

Note: Starting in version 6.66, the packaged dashboards are no longer dynamic, and the error reported in this article should no longer happen!
 
To make them dynamic, edit the dashboard, click the gear icon, set "View Dashboard As" to "The dashboard viewer," and then save.

Previously, Case Flags came packaged with two Dynamic Dashboards, and Salesforce imposes a limit (based on your Salesforce Edition) on the number of Dynamic Dashboards per Org.

The current Salesforce limitations for Dynamic Dashboards are as follows:

• Enterprise Edition: up to 5 per organization.
• Performance and Unlimited Edition: up to 10 per organization.
• Developer Edition: up to 3 per organization.

Note: Dynamic Dashboards in the Recycle Bin will continue to count against your Org limits. Vicasso recommends permanently deleting them from the Org before trying to install or update Case Flags.

To perform a successful install/upgrade of Case Flags, you may consider locating the existing Dynamic Dashboards in your Org and temporarily setting them to run as a specified user rather than the logged-in user (removing the Dynamic element).

Once installed/upgraded, the Case Flags dashboards are editable and you'll be able to change the running user settings as you please. Generally speaking, it's likely that only 1 of the 2 packaged dashboards will be used by your organization, as one includes calculations for standard hours while the other is for business hours. If you organization intends to use Business Hours with Case Flags (meaning a flag doesn't age and change colors outside working hours), than the standard hours dashboard will likely be irrelevant and the running user can be adjusted to remove the Dynamic element.
