The only Vicasso App that could be impacted by the Enhanced Domains is Simple Survey. All other Apps will not be affected.

If you're a Simple Survey user, please follow the recommendations below:

1) Update the "Default Web Address", the public site URL for the Simple Survey landing page.

To update it:

• Go to the App launcher and type in "Simple Survey"
• In the Simple Survey Setup tab, click on the "Initial Setup" tab
• Under Step 5 is where you will update the site with your new URL
• You can go to Setup | User Interface | Sites and Domains | Sites, right-click the "Site URL", located next to the "Site Label" for Simple Survey, then click "Copy Link Location" or "Copy Link Address"
• Navigate back to the Simple Survey Setup "Initial Setup" tab and paste it below the Site URL in the "Default Web Address" text box
• Click "Save"

2) Update the Simple Survey Email Templates for all survey programs that are currently active in your Org.

To update the Survey Email Templates:

• Go to the Simple Survey Builder
• Select your existing survey and click "Edit"
• Click on the "Delivery & Deployment Settings" tab, and then the "Email Template" subtab
• You may make any changes to the email template's "Name" or "Description" now, if desired
• Click on "Create Email Template" button at the bottom of the page
• Choose to "Update Existing Template" - this means you will not need to make any updates to your local automation, as the email template has not changed but merely had its contents updated.
• Once done, click "Back to Survey Builder" and click "Save" to ensure any changes you made to the survey aren"t lost.

3) If you are using Bot Prevention, you will need to update the domain in your reCAPTCHA settings, so it includes the new domain name listed in the Bot Prevention section of "Optional Settings"

• Open up the reCAPTCHA section nd scroll to the "reCAPTCHA Keys" section.
• Click to view the keys as a "Table", with the "View keys as" setting on the right-hand side.
• Find the reCAPTCHA key related to your Simple Survey app and click the 3dots to "View Key Actions" and select "Edit Key"
• Scroll down to the "Domain List" section and click "Add a Domain".
• Add in the new domain name listed in the Bot Prevention section of "Optional Settings" (seen in screenshot below)
• Delete the old domain from the list
