How to manually create Case Flags Chatter Triggers

In the event of the automated creation of the Chatter Triggers process in the Case Flags Setup failing, please use the instructions below to manually create them. We are providing you with 2 methods.

Method 1: Workbench

1. Go to Setup > Static Resources
2. Find "Chatter_Triggers_Deployment" and click on it.
3. Click "View File", this will download a zip file. Remember where this file is.
4. Go to https://workbench.developerforce.com
5. Pick the correct environment
    - "Production" if a Production org.
    - "Sandbox" if a Sandbox or Scratch Org.
6. Check the "I agree to the terms of service" checkbox.
7. Click "Login with Salesforce"
8. You may have to enter the credentials of the Salesforce org you want to deploy to. Most of the time, if you're already logged in, you won't have to do this. Salesforce Workbench will ask you for certain permissions/allowances.
9. Under "migration" click "Deploy"
10. Click "Choose File" and select the zip file you downloaded earlier.
11. Check "Rollback on Error"
12. For "Test Level" select "RunSpecifiedTests".
13. In the text input next to Run Tests enter: "FLAGS.FeedItemTriggerHelperTest,FLAGS.FeedCommentTriggerHelperTest"
14. Click "Next"
15. On the following page, overview your deployment + options. If you are okay, click "Deploy".
16. Wait for the deployment to go through and check the results. If success is true, the Triggers should be deployed.
17. Refresh the setup page, the once disabled settings should be enabled.

Method 2: Developer Console

1. Go to Setup > Static Resources
2. Find "Chatter_Triggers_Deployment" and click on it.
3. Click "View File", this will download a zip file.
4. Extract the contents of the zip file.
5. Go to unpackaged/triggers. You should see two .trigger files and two trigger.xml files. We only care about the two .trigger files.
6. In your org, open Developer Console.
7. Click File > New > Apex Trigger
8. For Name enter: CaseFlagsFeedItemTrigger
9. For sObject enter: FeedItem
10. Click "Submit". A file should open in Developer Console.
11. Using a text editor (e.g. Notepad), open up CaseFlagsFeedItemTrigger from the zip file.
12. Copy the contents of that file into Developer console and save.
13. In Developer Console, Click File > New > Apex Trigger
14. For Name enter: CaseFlagsFeedCommentTrigger
15. For sObject enter: FeedComment
16. Click "Submit". A file should open in Developer Console.
17. Using a text editor (e.g. Notepad), open up CaseFlagsFeedCommentTrigger from the zip file.
18. Copy the contents of that file into Developer console and save.
19. Refresh the setup page, the once disabled settings should be enabled.
