Programs can also be sorted in alphabetical order or last modified dates. (5.0) Inactive survey programs can now be deleted from Orgs. The record type must be manually deleted as part of the last step in the deletion process. More information here. (5.0) Survey records can now be pre-created with the new "Automatically Create Records" setting in the Builder through new packaged Flows, created when configuring this setting. Not sure if you should be pre-creating survey records? More information is in this knowledge article. For a smooth transition to the pre-creation of records, please read this knowledge article. (5.0) Survey emails can now be automatically sent via a new packaged Flow as part of the new "Automatically Send Survey Emails" setting when pre-creating survey records. Custom Flows configured outside of Simple Survey may still also be used. (5.0) A new connected app setting was added to the setup wizard and needs to be configured for the Survey Builder to load. (5.12) A new Survey URL field was added to the package to store the survey program's URL so it's easily shareable with respondents. (5.12) ImprovementsThe "Program Expiration" setting has moved from the "Delivery & Deployment Settings" tab of the Survey Builder into the "Configure Survey Object" "General Program Settings" subtab". (5.0)When using browser cookies to prevent duplicates for the "Website Code" feature, cookies will follow the default standards of 400 days to expire. (5.0)The "Prevent Duplicates" setting is now called "Allow Duplicates" and lives in the "General Program Settings" subtab of the "Configure Survey Object" tab of the Survey Builder. It has now two new options to "Always allow Duplicates" or to "Never allow Duplicates", along with the time frame options previously provided. (5.0) The "Survey Fatigue" setting has been removed from the Setup Wizard's "Optional Settings" tab and is now configured on a survey-per-survey basis through the Survey Builder. If you have the old setting working with your local automation, no changes are needed and survey fatigue will remain working. (5.0) We now ensure that the default "Survey From Object" field assignment is that SObject's Id field, and that the default field assignment for Record Owner is the OwnerId field if one is present. For example, the Case ID field is the default field for the case object, as seen below. (5.12) The "Generate Email Template using SUID" setting is now always enabled by default. (5.12) Made enhancements to the "Bot Prevention" setting, including ensuring that a survey record should only have a null Human Confidence Score if the feature is disabled, and accounting for additional reCAPTCHA error codes. (5.15)To avoid errors, the "Website Code" feature requires Lightning Web Security to be enabled in the org, and the following message is displayed in the builder when disabled: "Lightning Web Security needs to be enabled in the org for Website Code to be generated. Please navigate here to enable.". (5.16) A new YouTube video was added to the "Delete Survey Program" modal with updated instructions on how to delete programs. (5.15)Fixed an issue where the post-install duplicate check time conversion was done incorrectly, crashing the landing page and displaying the following "Authorization Required" error when trying to take surveys. (5.15 and 5.16) Fixed an issue where exports were failing for programs on the user object with the error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replaceAll')". The relationship between the user object and Simple Survey needs to be re-created for any existing programs.(5.15) Fixed an issue with the "Record Ownership" drop-down options displaying the 2 objects after changing a survey from the user to the case object.
