Per Simple Survey documentation, if companies use Email Marketing tools to send out surveys, the Salesforce Admin needs to:

• Open the desired survey in Survey Builder and click the "Send Instructions" button to send an email to the running user with the HTML markup of the template that was just created.
• Before it can be saved in an external marketing service (such as Pardot or Marketo), the merge fields in the URL links, represented in the form of {!Object.Field}, must be replaced with the merge field syntax of your particular emailing platform.

Please note that the "External Email Marketing Tools" option above is only available for survey programs that are not set to pre-create survey records through the "Automatically Create Survey Records" setting.

Vicasso is considering providing the HTML code for the scoring block only so that emails can be further personalized outside of our builder. If interested, please upvote this idea.

Alternatively, you may use a formula field approach to create a survey URL field, which is outlined here.

Please note that, due to the nature of available email templates and landing page customizations, Vicasso cannot provide support for customizations generated outside the realm of the Survey Builder, including the necessary edits to merge fields required for Pardot or other marketing automation platforms.

For further assistance with customizing your organization's surveys, please contact your Salesforce administrator or Salesforce implementation partner.
